I’ve heard it said, “You didn’t get saved to sit.” We each have assignments. We all have stuff to “do”- unique and tailor made for our abilities. Our gifts and talents are needed whether widely publicly seen or in private one-on-one. People need them. They are necessary. We are God’s feet and hands on earth. He accomplishes many tasks through us to assist others.
My prayer…
Walk in what God has given you. Use whatever it is to bless folk.
I originally began writing/journaling for my own sanity many years ago. Then I shared only with a few close friends and family due to my own insecurity. With encouragement I recognized I needed to share broadly so others may be blessed. (How my book was birthed. Now, I’m in a new phase with this blog.)
I need to also say – marvel at what God has given others. My close friends did that and now I share with all of you. Encourage folk like I encourage each of you today. I’m excited for others and love to see God work in any way.
So, who are ya’ pouring into today? Doesn’t have to be a grand act. Many times the greatest effect is gained by the smallest act. Could be a simple phone call or perhaps an act that affects millions. Step out in confidence knowing God is with you and has ordained you.
