He has His hands on you/ Marvin Sapp
“Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.” Genesis 18:14 KJV
“For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.” Genesis 21:2 KJV
What fascinates me? The fact that God is omnipresent! As Webster’s Dictionary defines – “Present at all places at all times.”
Soak that in…
He has the big picture! Like when attempting to complete a puzzle, God has the puzzle box with the picture on it. (Always helps me when attempting to complete a jigsaw puzzle to see the picture to know where to plot my next move with individual pieces.). In fact, the Almighty created the box and overall vision. He isn’t fumbling like we do. While we struggle to fit the pieces of our lives together He clearly knows and sometimes gives us a clue.
Thus, everything you experience in life – He’s there, already knew and knows, and is present.
The passage above about Abraham and Sarah in their old age, clues us in on the unexpected, miraculous times that are “appointed” in our lives. For those who don’t know the story – God let Abraham in on many things and promises that would happen within his life. One of which was – he and his elderly wife would birth a nation. They would actually birth Issac. (Eventually our Savior would come through that bloodline.) God told Abraham at His appointed time it would come to pass. Even after God sent this message, they still had a to wait.
There are times when we don’t think the “impossible” in our lives will ever happen. We believe “time has passed” for such things to occur. We think – IMPOSSIBLE!!
“Is any thing too hard for the Lord?
Abraham and Sarah’s testimony reminds us that there is an appointed time for all things. It reminds us that our thoughts and reasoning are not Gods. There are moments we have to wait. We work within His plan. It clearly reveals that there is nothing too hard for God.
Perhaps God has spoken some impossible tasks into you. Continue to be encouraged to have faith in God’s appointed time.

Amen! Is there anything too hard for God. That is a question and an answer!
