I’m not sure I have an exact scripture to quote that speaks to where my head is at the moment… maybe rejoice in the Lord always, perhaps weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning, or I could use something about wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
All I know is, I got “filled up” with gratitude in the middle of scrubbing my tub!
Yes, while cleaning my tub I almost lost it! I shed a tear thinking from whence I have come.
There was a time when just the thought of moving was exhausting – I didn’t want to walk a few steps to my own bathroom from my bedroom because I couldn’t breathe – so scrubbing the tub wasn’t even in consideration.
God has His perfect way of guiding and teaching us. Are we paying full attention? Are we alert? Do we process and change our behavior? Do we always stop to sincerely thank Him?
I think it has something to do with gaining knowledge wisdom and understanding. It has much to do with our personal growth and maturity in Him.
Yeah, there’s tons of lessons to be learned from me scrubbing the tub. There are scriptures I could quote. (Yeah, I’ve thought of more.) I’m led today to only write this and leave it there.

Yes… we serve a good God
I remember a time when I only had $5.00 in my bank account (more than once )and did not know how I would make it to my next paycheck. With a eight year old son and a 12mo. old daughter. I may not be where I want to be yet , but I’m not where I use to be. I give God all the glory for showing me how to navigate motherhood, struggle, and life.
